Frank founded the Wilton, Connecticut office of Frank C. Spencer, CPA in 1990 after practicing accounting for eight years handling issues facing both wealthy individuals and business owners. His professional focus has concentrated on taxation, financial planning, and small business concerns. He is also the owner of Wilton Financial Planning, LLC which is registered as an investment advisor with the Connecticut State Department of Banking.

Frank earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and earned his Master’s degree in Accounting from Georgetown University. Frank has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1982, and met the rigorous requirements to use the Certified Financial Planner™ mark in 2005.
